Headache on left side of head

Hi I have been having an on again off again pain in the back left side of my head almost behind my ear since April of this year. Had PT, chiropractic care, massage therapy and dry needling with no success and no one can give me an answer as to what it is. Some days it's mild or not at all, other days it's all day. Ibuprofen always subsides the pain. Any advice is welcomed I can also give a lot more detail too.

      Do you think I'm grinding my teeth? I went to the dentist right when this had all started. He saw no signs of grinding. I also wear a retainer every night
