Shoulder/Neck pain

Posted , 4 users are following.

My husband is a healthy 69 yr old. He's had neck/shoulder pain @ a 7-8/10 for about 1 yr, he now is getting Chropractic care with PT. He has no relief! We just moved from 1 ocean to another, so we are just starting with new Dr's who we have not seen yet. Any suggestions to help him would be greatly appretiated!

Thanx,

Mary

Has he had X-ray could be a docs in the neck. Wear a neck brace takes the pressure off. I have cervical fractures and small Spurs. Sleep with neck support always. With time it dipoles get better.

I have just had an mri which revealed damage to the odontoid process at C1/C2.

Get your Dr to reffer for mri of complete cervical spine and go from there. A year in pain is far to long at any age
