Back of head hurts

Hello Everyone. I kinda need your help right now. The back of my head (lower part. Near at the back of our ears) hurts whenever I wake up, I cough, I look to the right and left and when I laugh. It feels like Im having a stiff neck everytime I do those things but the pain isnt on the neck but on my skull/brain. And to add up, I have a sore throat which gives me pain in swallowing (ears and head affected.

Facts about me:

- Im fat

- I take a lot of water

- I use e-ciggarette with 3mg of Nicotine

    I had the same thing. Believe it or not I now sleep with a neck pillow filled with beads making sure it is tucked all around the back of my neck on top of my normal pillow. Pain gone.
