Does anyone know what might be wrong , I've been up all night with this ?🙈

I'm only suggesting two possible causes, visit your doctor if the symptoms have bygone on for a week. The burning and constant need to wee sounds like cystitis  for which you will probably need an antibiotic. Drinking lots of water and cranberry juice would help.

the anal pain and small stools could be just constipation, again drink lots of water. Here in the U.K ,  Movicol is usually taken which will soften the stools.

    hope this helps.

Sorry, that should read: visit your doctor as the symptoms have gone on for a week.

Rectal pressure has many causes, although the co-existing urinary complaint points to a genitourinary etiology (however, I don't know of any). Here are some examples of causes, by system: gastrointenstinal problems (rectocele, hemorrhoids, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, polyps), gynecological problems (cervicitis, endometriosis, ovarian cyst, uterine fibroids), musculoskeletal problems (levator ani syndrome and other pelvic floor muscle dysfunction), neurological (pudendal neuralgia, back injury). Advice: see an internist, who can point you towards the right specialist if needed.
