what do y'all think?

I'm getting a scope done next week. All blood work is normal. Liver function and pancreas blood work normal. No hpylori. Urine normal. Xray showed stool and gas in colon.

I've been having abdominal discomfort for a couple years now. Off and on. Not every day. It doesn't even hurt. It's just a feeling that lasts seconds to minutes.

I'm so scared they're going to find some sort of the C word that I can't function straight.

I'm 32. No family history of anything. I've been healthy all my life. Never smoked. Drank socially during my 20s and occasionally now.

Lymphoid hyperlasia in the gut can cause as an asymptomatic disease, but it may cause gastrointestinal symptoms like abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, etc. Other causes include common variable immunodeficiency, selective IgA deficiency, Giardia infection, or, more rarely, human immunodeficiency virus infection, celiac disease, or Helicobacter pylori infection.

Have the GI specialist perform an endoscopy to check it out.
