Ok so this week I have been feeling amazing up until this morning I was woken up at 5.30 by my son so didn't sleep well. At 8am had to go to work feeling sick, tired and dizzy and anxiety. My period is due in the next few days. Does anyone else's anxiety affect them more before period or during? I've been on citalopram for one month.

My anxiety etc is far worse before my period - but that's why I'm on citalopam - it's for my PMS 😬

Hi, does it work well for your pms? I've only been on it for one month so I'm hoping by next month I won't be suffering as much with the pms 😓😊

Oh yes it certainly does - I don't want to kill everyone I see now lol x
I have been on 10mg fir a couple of years ( I ain't planning on coming off anytime soon )
I am about to have a injection ( can't remember name followed by hrt patches to see if I can cope before deciding on hysterectomy)
I used to just take the tablets on the run up to periods but that did bugger all so I take them daily now xxx
