Constant brain fog since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism

so long story short, at the beginning of 2020 i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after becoming extremely fatigued for about a month. Since then, i was started on Levothyroxine at 25 mcg and over 3 years increased to 125 mcg currently. My issue is - ive had brain fog ever since my diagnosis 3 years ago, theres not a second thats gone by since that i havent felt like im losing my mind, a feeling i describe to most as being drunk without drinking anything. for the most part i can live along side it but occasionally ill get these bouts where i literally cannot remember what was either said or happened just seconds before. i guess i just would like to know if anyone else is or has been through this. And how, if at all did they overcome this?
