Constant fear of illness

hello, recently I have been told that I have health anxiety and I'm aware that it's a vicious circle and can cause physical symptoms itself , but for the last week straight I've a tight headache and pain in my temples and behind my right eye, my face keeps on going numb on the right side and occasionally spreads down to my neck. my arms and legs hurt too , my vision has also gone worse in my right eye too . my brain is convinced I have an unruptured aneurysm and it's sending me into a spiral . I've had an eye test and I've had other tests but there reluctant to refer me to neurology as I passed the reflex test . I've been referred to rheumatology for possible fibromyalgia or rheumatoid arthritis and they've also stated I have raynauds which explains the coldness in my hands. but im so worried about my head and its probably inducing more headaches . any advice please?
