could this be bowel/colon cancer? these are my

symptoms ive noticed from a couple weeks. left side

pain, left back pain, constant pressure feeling on left

side and by left hip bone, mucus in stool, more

frequent bowel movements, texture of bowel

movements change some are hard some are soft,

left side tenderness to touch, waist tenderness to

touch, painful urination (i have been dealing with

issues surrounding utis and yeast infections since

thanksgiving 2021), tired all the time, left side

soreness to move, what feels like a hard lump to

touch by my hip bone and its a little tender (it kind

of feels like a tube), loss of appetite, gas pain, and

only sometimes red spots in stool.

the pain i feel on my left side isnt severe and

feels like a mix of tender, sore, and achy. sometimes

my stools will be dark and hard and sometimes they

will be a lighter brown and soft. i have only noticed

once or twice red spots in my stool and that was

after i ate pasta with tomato sauce but idk. when i

wipe there is no poop only a brownish mucus.

please tell me my mother wont take me back to

the doctor because im a hypochondriac but im

scared that something is wrong and i dont want it to

be too late. im only 18 and a female. i have an

inactive lifestyle and bad diet but im normal weight

and drink a lot of water. there is no cancer in the

family. my mother and father have ibs but i dont

want to just assume i have that and actually have something serious wrong. please help. the hard lump doesnt move and didnt go away after a bowel movement and my mother keeps saying im fine and refuses to take me to the doctor.
