    Hi Richard

Has your doctor referred you to your local mental health team? It may be that your doctor doesn't truly understand your situation. They are specialists and will be able to properly explain to you the reason your having these thoughts.

What medication are you on now? And how long have you been taking it?

Our minds are powerful and when we are ill they can give us thoughts and feelings we really don't want.

    Blessings to you

      Hi Richard

It's still early days for your meds and they can do all sorts of weird things to our brains and health whilst we wait for them to start making us feel better. In saying that I think you should tell your doctor that you want to be referred as these thoughts are really worrying you. I am waiting to see a psychiatrist as my depression doesn't seem to be lifting. You need to be firm with your doctor and demand to be referred. I'm so sorry to hear about your suffering and these thoughts must be devastating to you.

Our gp's don't specialise in mental health, usually just give us medication and send us on our way. Important to get specialists input Richard to stop your distress xxx
