CRP Level, J Pouch & Covid Vaccine!

I am 27 years old & i would really appreciate some advice. I have a failed J pouch fitted that needs removal. I have regular blood tests & everything is always perfect apart from my CRP level which range from 60-70 which i know is high. I feel perfectly well most days the only time i feel unwell is days before my cycle & days after when ovulating which i also understand is normal for a healthy women. Could someone with Crohns/Colitus tell me there CRP levels during a flare up & also when they are well? Before my colon removal when I was extremely poorly my CRP level was close to 200 mark. Also could people tell me there experience with the Covid vaccine? The one I have been recommended is Moderna. I'm very anxious as the only time I feel unwell is the time of my monthly cycle & i have heard the vaccine has affected a lot of young women's cycles. I also have not had Covid19.

Congratulations on not getting Covid19. Its a blessing to stay away from it. Jabs should not affect women's cycles. I do not believe the female periods have anything to do with the immune system. At least not in a big way that is damaging to the cycle. The vaccine strengthens the immune system.
