Dermatitis on Glans

Hi i'm a 34 YO guy who has been experiencing dermatitis on my glans (all around the upper part of my glans) in the last 1 year.

i don't have pain, the Doctor said it's mild dermatitis, but when i have sex the dermatitis becomes more pronounced and i always have to appy Vaseline before intercorse with my partner).

FYI, I've got circumcision whne I was 25.

The specialist the first time told me to apply just Vaseline twice a day on the area and i did that for several month withuot seeing my glans going back to normal.

Then the same specialist has told me to apply Diprosone (Betamethasone Dipropionate Equiv. To Betamethasone 0.5mg/g) in a 6 weeks cycle:

  • first 2 weeks, I applied every day twice a day (morning and night) for couple of hours then washing it and apply vaseline
  • week 3 and 4, only once per day, couple of hours then wash and apply Vaseline
  • week 5 and 6, only during weekends, couple of hours then wash and apply Vaseline

Result, is pretty much the same, seems a slighlty improvements but it's still there and again before sex i have to use vaseline.

Anyone here managed to get rid of it? If so, how did you do it?
