Diagnosed with DVT in left calf and scared

Hi all

This is my first time writing on a forum for help/advice. 3 days ago i was diagnosed with a dvt/blood clot. I was initially seen by my GP 6 (Tuesday) days ago who said it looked like Cellulitis as I had no severe pain (it was slightly red, warm and hard on my varicose vein) and told to return Friday for review. To cut a long story short, I was referred to hospital for a suspected blood clot. I had an ultrasound and a clot was discovered on my left calf, behind a varicose vein. The sonographer?? said it was located near the deep vein (very confused by this as Dr at hospital said I have a dvt!) I'm currently having 2 injections of Enoxaparin per day and need to back to hospital each day for INR blood tests before Dr deciding how much Warfarin to take (Friday was 10mg, Saturday was 5mg and today Sunday was also 5mg). My INR is now 1.6 which is good, but needs to be 2. I feel like its been a whirlwind of information overload in ways I don't understand. I'm reading some scary stuff online and because I suffer with health anxiety, I'm constantly on edge. I fear its going to break off at any minute, and feel I can't cope. I have a spa holiday booked in 5 weeks to Menorca and was really looking forward to it, as last year we had to cancel a holiday to Croatia as I'd been diagnosed with severe GAD. Can I fly with a clot???? Sorry its a long thread. TIA 😪
