Dizziness Tapering Paxil

I’ve been tapering my Paxil dosage over the last 1.5 months or so.

I’m down to 5mg. Things were manageable until 5mg. I am now having problems with dizziness, which I expected. Any time I try to come off a med, the dizziness causes me to try another med because it never goes away. I feel very awful.

For anyone who’s come off Paxil or any antidepressant, when did dizziness go away for you? What could I do to relieve dizziness? I tried taking Meclizine today, doesn’t seem to have helped.
