Dizzy spells and faint feeling

Could someone try and give me some answers I'm suffering a very bad condition and it's interfering with my whole life it's making me house bound I'm suffering a very bad case of dizzy spells and faint feeling and a lost balance like I'm going to fall over I shake with it to it's only when I'm standing up doing something when I'm laying down it calms right down today is a horrible episode of this and it's my 5th month with this horrible feeling and I've been doctors I've had. ENT test nothing they keep saying it's vertigo but I'm not spinning or feeling sick and my ears are not hurting so I'm wondering as anyone ever had this before HELP !!!

    Hi Dee, I also had very similar. I went to many doctors including ENT. Then an Ayurvedic doctor, who also follows western mecine, asked me to take a MRI of my cervical and thoatic spine. Sure enough, I had issues there. I had herniation in my neck area/spine and that was cauing the blood flow and dizziness. I went to Kerala India for a 18 day ayurvedic treatment, with oils and cleansing. I felt better after that, but I am back again where I am every now and then. It comes and goes. If I go for running, I feel dizzy a few days later, and it stays, if I travel and stress out too much, it comes back. And the only easy way to control is, sleep with my legs elevated, and it feels better. I still don't know how to cure this, but I am going to go to Kerala once again at the end of this year. I too, just like you, tried everything, and it was very frustrating after 5-6 months. Do you have any neck pain? or any other issues?

      Hi yes it's Terrible I now have a ent appointment booked for aug 17 but the last ENT specialist miss my diagnos and sent me of home saying their is nothing wrong with my ears but their is a infection I've had so many months maybe years that I didn't know about but I hate this feeling and wouldn't wish this on anyone I also have spinal disease so thought it could be connected but I'm baffled why and to were this as came from all I know it's Terrible to live with it totally as house bound me can't even drive or

      Go to work it's made me disabled along with my spinal problems I've been going everywhere to get answers and I seem to be just going round and round in circles plus the medication doesn't do anything it only makes me feel even worse and feels sick with headaches so I'm fighting this alone with no medicine at all as it makes it million times worse I've had all the sickness pills they can give me and all it does is makes me sick more so I'm self medicate myself that's olive oil try break the wax down in the ear so it then lets the infection out but that's me doing home remedies plus tried the epliy mounvere that hasn't worked either I'm just at a lost end tbh x

    Yes, me too.   Is there no support group in your country, Dee - first of all - because it's a big help?
