Do I have ORAL HERPES please help?

So in May I had unprotected sex with this guy I'm seeing I gave him oral and I caught a yeast infection a week after which is the second time to happen, but yesterday my throat started hurting it feels irritated and it feel like something is in my throat when I swallow but other then that I'm fine and now my lips are tingling at the top and now I'm getting bumps but i also slept with my fan on some nights before but since that day i haven't kissed or done anything! Can someone help me please, I don't have medical insurance, anything will help THANKS!imageimageimage
