Do my symptoms scream endometriosis?

Symptoms have been here for 3 years:

  • debilitating back and abdominal pain
  • Pain interfering with day to day activities
  • Bloating
  • constipation
  • Irregular period (pcos)
  • The pain feels like I’ve been punched in my left side 24/7, noting only my left side

I have had:

2 ct scans 2020 and 2022

1 colonoscopy 2022

1 X-ray for back 2022

2 internal ultrasounds 2021 and 2020

I have:

Right extrarenal pelvis of the kidney

I have had 3 kidney stones this year

Lumbar scoliosis

PCOS

IBS

    its most likely your PCOS, they share symptoms however yours align more with PCOS

    i have been diagnosed with Adenomyosis.

    Adenomyosis is a condition in which endometrial tissue exists within and grows into the uterine wall. Described as a 'cousin to endometriosis'.
