Does anyone get a sensation of a little motor running? What about nausea?

I got a Nevro spinal cord stimlator in November. I am off oxycodone, but still trying to find the correct setting. I am supposed to get help starting Jan.5, because of a combination of Christmas/New Year holiday and getting off oxycodone. Does anyone have the sensation of a little motor running all the time or constant nausea?

My trial was perfect on the first setting.
