Does dehydration affect full blood count results?

I had a full blood count blood test two weeks ago because I was having a lot of trouble with restless legs.

However, my haemoglobin was 151 (top of the range is 150) and my white blood count was 10.2 (top of the range is 10). My haemotocrit is 0.452 (top of the range is 0.46). My GP now wants me to have another blood test.

Does anybody know if dehydration can cause this sort of result in a blood test? I won't be having my next blood test for another two weeks, so am a little anxious about it all and what it might mean.
