wondering if others have that thing hanging down in their vagina. is it normal? ive never looked before

You look totally normal. No two vaginas/vulvas are the same so dont compare yourself to pics on the internet. As long as you dont have any itching, discharge or pain on intercourse you are perfectly fine.

ive felt cramping and when i ask my doctor he acts like theres nothing there. when i squatted down and looked in a mirror i saw this. would this be considered cystocele or does everyone have this that kind of blocks the hole?

Cramping is not a symptom of a cystocele. I can only repeat...you look fine. When do you have cramps and where do you feel them?
