so last night mt body tempature was 98 to 97.6 this morning it was 96.6 i have a infection in my bottom right wisdom tooth that i have antibiotics for . will this cause my body temp to go that low ?

Tooth infections do not change body temperature. Besides your temperature seems pretty normal to me. The reactions are also normal.
