Driving causing chiari flare up

When diagnosed 10 years ago it was 5 mm now I at 9 mm, Anytime I drive whether it's a mile or five the next day up until 3 or 4 days later is brutal head pressure, my head gets very lumpy, sore to touch, face is swollen, nausea sometimes w vomiting. does anyone else notice a flare up after driving I can't find anything online but compared to 12 years ago when I was first called a liar and then diagnosed, there's actually a lot more info. At least now they recognize it and I'm not just crazy because "you don't look like there's anything wrong with you" as I'm sure many of us have heard that line. I know this is an old forum I hope people still come across it. Thanks to anyone that replies
