Duloxetine and sleep

Use to take 40mg citalopram for depression but changed to Duloxetine after i thought citalopram was not having an impact any more. Duloxetine was fine when on 30mg. But since I have been on 60mg I have really suffered with insomnia. I am really tired but just can't fall asleep. The doctor did prescribe me some sleeping tablets short term that helped. Does anyone else find Duloxetine pretty rough for sleep? Tempted to change back to Citalopram.
