Dupuytrens contracture

Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with dupuytrens contracture. It's in the early stages only slightly affecting the smallest finger on my right (dominant) hand. I would like to defer surgery by using massage and exercises if at all possible, to prevent the condition worsening, and have recently unwrapped my piano after many years, thinking the stretching may help! I would be interested to know if anyone has been successful with exercises etc.

Many thanks.

I have just had the surgery done on the 28th of February and had the stitches removed today. However, exercises etc. were never suggested to me but I would just like to know if you ever had any luck with them?
