early period then late period HYPOCONDRIAC help !!

Hey everyone last month i hate my period 3 days early , they were a little bit heavier than usual i had blood clots etc... Now this month they are 1 day late for the moment !! i'm so scared i'm big hypocondriac i'm scared they will be heavy because they are late i can't handle this please any advice ??? how can i deal with my fear if i have heavy period 😦( i'm always so so anxious and stressed ..

    I might not be able to help, but i'm curious, are all women's menstrual cycles supposed to be aligned around the same time of month or all they all in different times of the moonloop we call months?
