Endometriosis flare up

i think im suffering an endometriosis flare up. I believe ive had it and adenomyosis for a few years now. This year my period hasnt been too bad pain wise. I then ran the london marathon at the start of october and this period i just had was awful! im still in debilitating pain now despite my period being finished 5 days ago. Does anyone have any advice on what i can do to help the pain or help to stop this flare up? Thank you
