Endometriosis surgery a year ago but still getting pains / symptoms please help!!

so i had keyhole surgery back in jan 2022 and it was removed from my bladder / bowel / right tube and left ovaries

doctors wont listen they just fill me with pain medication instead of actually helping with the condition

I also have a small non cancerous cyst on my cervix and bleed during / after sex

i get stabbing pains in my lower right side and hip and have constant back ace but i am just told i have has surgery its too soon to get it back here are some pain killers

please if anyone has advice please share!
