Epilepsy and feeling like I'm going crazy.

Hey, I've suffered with epilepsy since April this year. At one point i was on medication (end of july till end of august) but that gave me severe Depression and Anxiety so they took me off. Now I've got those side effects with Sertraline and have been for about 2 months now. However right now I feel like im going slightly crazy and I seem to be saying/thinking things i don't mean to be doing. Is this a normal thing sometimes? I have a couple of seizures a day and am getting new epilepsy meds on Wednesday. Has anyone else felt really strange? And does it get better if so? Sorry im quite a anxious person.
