Estrogel question

I've been given a prescription for estrogel but am worried about the side effects and this has stopped me taking them, I suffer with bad anxiety and I worry about taking medication. Does anyone have an advice or positive stories? I'm struggling a lot at the moment. I'm 6 years post menopause but I've had to have a total hysterectomy 6 weeks ago and my menopause symptoms have returned with a vengeance and I'm feeling pretty awful at the moment. Trying to recover from the hysterectomy is hard enough but this feels impossible 😪.

    i am sorry you are going through this i do not take estrogel i am on an oral hrt . i do hope someone is able to offer you some advice
