Eustachian tube dysfunction

i have been suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction for about a year now. I am also suffering from vertigo which I have had for 2 years now.

over the last 6 months my eustachian tube dysfunction has got worse. I have been prescribed beconase from my g.p which I use every day. I've tried olbus oil in a steam with my head over with a towel but as you can imagine with vertigo I can't bend my head down😪. I have now started to use menthol crystals. I would be grateful to any one who can help or give advice on how to get rid of it.
