hi, i had low ferritin level and got an iron infusion. even after 4 weeks i feel weak and sometimes feel dizzy. my ferritin is now around 300. my symptoms have improved after the infusion but still i'm not my normal self yet. i feel weak and dizzy on and off. is this normal? and how long does it take to recover fully? thanks!
