Every 2 hour pain with cluster headaches

ive been diagnosed with cluster headaches two years ago and this last four months I’ve gotten much worse every two hours for one hour of pain 24/7, days are bad but nights are very bad,,

,all medications I’ve tried have not worked and neither is the oxygen , i also have mutiple sclerosis but neurologist says It’s definitely not related to this. my pain is left face ear side of nose neck shoulder and arm.
