Exhausted, hair lost...post mono

So I started feeling tired in December, leading to exhaustion in Jan/Feb. After some blood tests, I found out I'd had glandular fever. I read up on it and hoped I'd get better after the 6 month period. It is now June and I'm feeling worse than ever. My hair is falling out and has been since April, has anyone else experienced this post mono? This, along with exhaustion, is now getting worse. I have recently had more blood tests after possible overactive thyroid but my doctor confirmed a few days ago my thyroid is nearly back to normal levels. They have ran extensive tests - nothing found. I'm now worried my poor recovery from glandular fever is developing into chronic fatigue syndrome. I may shortly be referred to a sleep specialist to help. I'm just here to see if anyone can relate? I feel I have exhausted all resources and worn them thin and I am desperate to get better. I wake up tired (I work from home full time), I can barely concentrate or keep my eyes open in the day, and feel I could sleep as soon as I finish work. I am 21 and feel as though my life has slowed down quickly, at the wrong age. I have never been ill in my life so I'm struggling to know how to deal with this.

Has anyone else here post mono suffered extreme hair loss, extreme fatigue, body aches, and rashes/lumps on their hands? Could I be slipping into chronic fatigue? I am not looking for expert advice here as I am in touch frequently with doctors, but I wanted to find people to relate to 😃 feeling trapped!
