Fall

I had a fall when out running a week ago and landed on my left side hurting my arm and hip. My arm is improving but my hip has a lump on it and painful touch. More painful when mobilising. Ive attached 3 photos, one of the injured side, one of the other side and one of the lump. any advice would be helpful

    Can you walk or even run without pain? If its painful then see your GP if you are in UK or go to A/E if extremely painful.

    However you just say it hurts when mobilising. And the lump is painful to touch. It sounds like a bursa which is a fluid filled lump around an injury. Best plan is icing and stop mobilising if painful. Just gentle movements. They can take a few weeks to disperse, depending on the actual injury.

    Take Ibuprofen. If no improvement or things get more painful then see your doctor.
