Feeling like my head is expanding or inflated and its driving me insane, what to do?

It all started when i was listening to meditation music that causes DMT to be released in your brain.

After i listened to it i started to see green fog in my eyes, followed by dizziness like the world is rotating.

I stopped immediately, but i got really anxious and it was hard to fall asleep.

The next day i had tunnel vision, and everything felt intense and scary.

I saw my doctor after a few days. When i arrived i had a intense panic attack, and i talked to my doctor.

He said i had vertigo, so he gave me medication for dizziness.

After awhile i got better and my vertigo disappeared, until 1 week later.

I was outside and i felt the rotating feeling again, i got anxious and everything started all over again.

So after 5 days of panic attacks i started to get the feeling like my head was being inflated.

When i was about to sleep my whole body or nervous system gets glowing hot.

But my dreams are always nightmares and i started to wake up every minute.

After waking up, i felt like my head is floating and being inflated.

So i got out of bed with a pounding heart and started to eat. As soon as i started too eat, i vomit.

Objects that don't move started moving and everything and sounds hurt my ears.

Finally after a few days, i got anxiety pills. But it only made me feel stronger for a few minutes,

until feeling came back.

But after a 5 days the pills helped me and the symptoms became less.

And just as i thought the symptoms were gone,

I started too listen too meditation music again (Not the DMT), and all the feelings came back.

The feelings were as bad as it was before.

I get really confused and anxious again. I lost all hope.

However Ignoring the symptoms works, but it comes back later on,

then its impossible ignore it.

Relaxation, meditation and tiredness make it worse.

And so the cycle continues, every time i think it gets better i get back to square one.

I feel unreal and can't stop thinking about it.

Sorry if this sounds very long but i had to describe what i feel.

I think its PTSD because it gets worse when i feel a cold anxious feeling in my stomache. However, i get these feelings even without anxiety.

Does someone know what i'm dealing with?

hi dean, this is really bizarre, but definitely PTSD. i have PTSD and the loop of feelings like this haunt me still now. the sickness etc have been sparked by something deep within you, i like you can not listen to music like this, through relaxation, i see every person who assaulted me, that's all. i feel shaken, sick, upset, frightened etc every time. the feelings you are getting are terribly intense through trauma. see your doctor and ask to see a PTSD specialist, they can be recommended on the NHS. it sounds horrible what you've been through, ask your doctor for anti sickness medication, you obviously need it. you need to find out the route cause. i wish you luck. x

Thank you sam. I hate having these scary thoughts about having brain cancer or psychosis, Now i know its nothing more than trauma.

I think the reason why i keep getting these weird sensations even without fear is because deep in my subconscious i do worry about it.

I don't know if my nervous system is damaged or not.

But i do have moments i feel stronger but mostly the next day i wake up i feel weak again.

I hope it will go away eventually.

      Thank you for responding!
