Feeling pain in my uterus, could it be from diverticulitis?

I'm 54 yr old female, and recently have been experiencing abdominal pain that the doctor feels is due to diverticulitis. Years ago widespread in my sigmoid was found.

I have found acute pain in my left upper abdominal which went away, but lately it feels like uterine cramping and back pain, along with gas and bowel changes.

Has anyone else felt uterine/back pain that feels very reminiscent to premenstrual pain?
