Hello, i'am suffering from depression and paranoia.I had a broken nose, bone fracture and concussion with scan, brain damage. After that i had memory loss, going to shop and i'am forgetting why i'am going there, looking for my phone and keys more than 20 times in 10 minutes. Checking if the door is opened every 20 minutes, I cant even cook, because i start doing something else and forget about what i was doing earlier, i was on sertraline for 3 years 100mg. now doctor stop them, he said you are too long on them. now i'am off them for 3 months, i get strange feeling, loud scream in my head, i want to scream myself, but i'am trying to stop it and i feel even worse, thinking of suicide, but i dont want to die, its a very strange feeling, i dont know what to do, i need help.and i dont want to talk with my GP, hes smiling and thinking i'am playing or something, then i want to punch him, and i get this feeling again, like shaking, but you cant really notice it.my breathe going faster.sometimes i go out of control, i drive car now, after 3 years.week ago a guy on a roundabout, cut in front of me without indicator, i nearly crashed my car in to a curb, and i got that feeling again, i overtake him and press on brakes, thinking i pull him out. i was out of control, i dont know what happens with me, but its getting worse everyday. PLEASE HELP!

Ok, a couple of things. How slowly did you come off the sertraline? It's important to reduce the dose VERY slowly when coming off anti-depressants, because you can get withdrawal symptoms. Sometimes a lot more slowly than is suggested by the manufacturer.

On the other hand, some people need to be on anti-depressants permanently, just like diabetics need insulin. Have you been back to your GP? I would tell him everything you have said here, and discuss being put back on the medication immediately for now, and then ask for a referral to a psychiatrist who is trained in medication for mental health to see what is the best course of action. GPs aren't specialists and can only experiment.

Although anger is a common side-effect of depression and can be triggered by withdrawal too it might be a good idea to ask for counselling for anger management if going back on the sertraline doesn't help.

If your GP is not sympathetic, go to a different doctor. Sometimes even another GP in the same practice will be much better. Show your GP what you have written here so that he or she knows exactly how you are feeling. Sometimes it's hard to say it when the doctor is in front of you.

Please try to get this sorted immediately, it's important that you don't feel out of control x

You could not ask for better advise than you have just received from Claudia, change doctor and go see someone that specializes in mental health, good luckHello mate.

I would like to get something on the go with your euros but before I part with money I would like to know what quality that I will receive,is it possible to throw a couple in the next lot that you have going out.

I used to run scam timeshares so I know how easy it is to rip Ppl off.

So I'm sure you understand my scepticism.

If you playing ball, you know it is minimal effort to stick something in the post.

I want to work longterm, just want to get the right product.

    Speak soon

    Cheers
