feet numbness - sudden onset on numb feet, what may cause? Stenosis, pinched nerve, return nerves?

Hi Community!

I was wondering if someone experienced sudden numbness in large part of the feet? I was having some spine/nerve pinched related pain in my upper back and left hand. Which was diagnosed to be bulging disks in c4-c7 vertebrae's. Now suddenly my right leg feet turned numb, suspecting similar bulging problems in the lumbar spine vertebres L3-L6

Has anyone experience such issue and recovered? what treatment worked for them? What is the best doctors to see? Neurologist, Neurosurgeons, Ortho spine surgeons, ?? Too many choices.

When do you want surgery vs physical therapy/medications?
