Fell on foot ?fracture or break

I fell onto my left foot a couple of weeks ago. I fell landing on my foot. It hurt to get up and hurt to walk on but I walked home a mile or so. The next few days it hurt to weight bare. The pain slowly went but it has left me with little pain when i walk. The last couple of days, especially whilst in bed, it aches a lot.

The pain comes from the top of my foot. It hurts really when i do anything but isn't completely unbearable. Could it possibly be a fracture or break, which if so, I have left untreated for approx 4 weeks so far.
