Flashing Lights | Brain Health

Hello, This might be weird as how am going to put it, but I was watching flashing lights for fun and had binaural beats on, both were 30 HZ, binaural beats and flashing lights ( black and white ), for what I suppose was 1.5 to 2 minutes.

While doing so I was experiencing what I felt like a higher temperatures, what I could describe between normal and intense, but in middle: sweating; I was focus staring into something with no purpose, kind of like when you stare into like nothingness feeling but this time it was different, and I felt dizzy with a bit of blurred vision.

I could not go to the doctors due to some reasons that I do not want to go into.

Now, what am worrying is about my brain health, is it going to be alright, did any of cognitive abilities got damaged in any way; did anything harmful happened to my cognitive abilites, and will those effects be short-term.

If I did experience cognitive damage in any way, would I be able to fully recover, and how so?

This was very stupid of me to do so, but everyone does stupid thing from time to time, and this was mine stupidest so far.
