Foam roller

I am really worried for the coronavirus here in Texas. I’m a school nurse and recently rebooted BBG for an everyday workout to get out of the high risk zone (morbid obesity). I’m finally motivated and excited for change. However, I’m currently day 4 in row and my booty is sooooo sore. Is foam roller worth it? And should I get a larger one because of my size? I’m 5’4 227 (down 3 lbs yay!!). Add me on IG for a cheerleader

    I do not think that (the booty sore) is related to corona-virus. Its natural for the areas just worked out to be sore. No pain, no gain.
