hi.....
I'm having a gastric sleeve on 31st March.....I'm just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to what's the best multivitamin to take? or what you've found the best.........
also, whilst your on the initial liquid/puree/mash stages post op do you need to take liquid form or can you take tablets 🤔
