Gout flare up every 7 days

hi there ive been experiencing gout flare ups every 7 days now since February, the doctor started me on allopurinol 100mg that was no good then 200 now im on 400mg uric asid was at over 400 in February now the uric acid level is down to 191 which i believe is good levels but im still getting mild gout flare ups every 7 days or so ive been on the 400mg for around 2 months now . the longest ive getting gout free was 4 weeks and i thought i had cracked it but for it to come back again . i had uric levels done again this week and its still at 191 im also taking colchine 2 per day advised from the doctors to take these for 6 months along with allopurinol , has anyone else experienced this while taking allopurinol?
