Grade 5 Metastatic Prostate Cancer Gleason Score 9 Orchiectomy Suggested

My father aged 56 has been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer from what was initially diagnosed as BHP (Benign Hyperplasia of the Prostate). He underwent a TURP (Trans Urethral Resection of the Prostate ) surgery last month as he had high PSA levels (212 to be precise ) and an enlarged prostate which was restricting his urine flow leading to frequent urine trips (every hour) . However, following biopsy post surgery he was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer with Gleason score 9 and group grade 5. After some CT scans we have found that vitals organs are safe like liver, splean, gallbladder, etc but the cancer has spread significantly into bones in his knees, pelvis, ribs and spine. The urologist surgeon has recommended us to undergo bilateral orchiectomy ( surgical removal of the testicles) to slow the spread and consult an oncologist for the bone metastatis. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated. Cheers 👍🏻
