Hair thinning at 19

Hello, I am 19 and noticed that my hair on the top of my head is thinning. My hairline is still the same as it always was. I do not have much baldness in my family. This doesn’t look like the typical pattern of the corners of your hairline receding. My hair was not like this a few months ago. I have been really stressed out for a little but that’s over now. I just want to know if it will grow back and what to do to help it grow back. In the meantime, I gotta were hats.

Yes, stress can make your hair fall out. There is a product called toppix that can help fill in the thinness for now.

How was you mother's father's hair? Did he thin early from male pattern balding?
