Has anyone experienced permanent reduced sexual function after flexible cystoscopy (men only)

I have an upcoming appointment for flexible cystoscopy and am trying to evaluate the risks versus the benefits. i have had a few UTI's and during the waiting period for the procedure all my symptoms have gone and I feel completely fine . Have any men experienced permanent reduction in sexual function or feeling after a flexible cystoscopy when they had no issues prior. I would really feedback please.
