Good morning,

Has anyone had midfoot fushion surgery? Is anyone having complications getting back to normal? I am 8 months post surgery and I am still not back to normal. My foot is still swelling and I can't stand more than a couple of hours or work probably 3 to 4 hours arund the house before my foot "gives out".

    I had a hind foot fusion six months ago. I am nowhere near normal. I cannot weight bear without pain I’ve got screws in my heel that are close the the surface of my skin. I’m going to have to have them removed. I think the screws are what is causing most of my pain but it looks like many more months of recovery. It is difficult to keep positive but i am trying. Hang in there
