Hay fever

Hello!

I have been suffering with extreme Hayfever the past 2 weeks.

Ive had it for almost 20 years, nothing ever works. This year is the worst i've ever known.

I have been taking 2-3 120mg fexofenadines a day, nasal sprays, eye drops, natural remedies

My doctor prescribed me Prednisone 30mg daily for 7 days to help my symptoms and swollen eyes. He said there is nothing else they can do apart from me paying privately for Kenalog.

I have also had the Kenalog (hayfever injection - steroids) recently and it has not helped my hay fever yet.

Work have said I will get a disciplinary if I miss another day of work this year.

Is there anything else I can do? Work places do not take it seriously. How can I go about this? I don't want to be going to work with my eyes. I work in retail so I cannot work from home.

I have attached a photo of severe eyes.

Nothing is working and i'm feeling so low and stressed i cant cope anymore.
