Heart palpitations around the clock

Hi I have heart palpitations around the clock I was taking Klonipin 5 mg a day for 18 yrs I had to stop because the state i live in will not despence it I have been sick with this 2&1/2 yrs along with palpitations severe anxiety I'm on paxil 40 mg Dr told me the heart palpitations will go away the receptors in the brain have to heal Anyone else experience this I would appreciate any imformation, i just do not know where to turn Thank you
