Help, Do these look like Molluscum contagiosum?

I first noticed this brown bump on calf a couple months back i think. I never paid much attention to it until I found smaller, similar looking brown bumps on my torso ( chest, abdomen, side etc). I also found some on my face ( although I wonder if the ones' on my face are blackheads). I'm a bit skeptical atm since every picture of this bumps I've seen are lighter or similar to the skin colour. All of the bumps on my body are darker than my skin colour and I don't notice the "pits" that are supposed to be on the bump? I would really appreciate anyone's help.
